You can always view the minimum exchange amount at the beginning of the exchange process. Typically, the minimum amount is 100 euros.

We accept several payment methods such as bank transfer (SEPA), ZEN.com, Wise, Revolut and Paysera.

There is no fixed list of documents accepted as Proof of Address, but certain documents are commonly used. Below are some frequently accepted examples:

• Bank statements
• Utility bills (gas, electricity, water, internet, etc.)
• Government-issued correspondence or letters from a recognized public authority
• Signed lease agreements between landlord and tenant
• Credit card statements
• Employer’s certificate confirming residence
• House purchase deed

Passports, IDs, and resident cards may also serve as Proof of Address. However, in some cases, the same document cannot be used for both Proof of Identity and Proof of Address.

Please provide one or more of the following documents to verify the origin of your funds:

• A bank statement from the past 6–12 months showing the source and flow of funds.
• An income certificate or tax return issued by the tax authority.
• Property or investment documents, such as brokerage account statements or property sale records.
• An employment contract or confirmation letter verifying income from official employment.
